Shipping F.A.Q.DELIVERY ON FURNITURE WAREHOUSE TRUCKS:Furniture Warehouse offers delivery to the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas.Review your order to ensure we have the correct address, items, telephone number(s), etc. Please contact customer service for changes to your address or phone number(s).We strongly encourage our customer to: 1) Have your walkways and driveways clear. 2) Have the room ready to receive your delivery. Our trained delivery drivers will unwrap and set-up all items inside your home to your specification. 3) Personally be available to inspect your merchandise with our delivery staff. DAMAGE NOT NOTED AT TIME OF DELIVERY WILL BE CONSIDERED AS HAVING TAKEN PLACE AFTER DELIVERY.Our delivery office will contact you the night before delivery to confirm the date. If you are not home when we attempt to make your delivery on the scheduled delivery date, we will help you reschedule your delivery for the next available date and will assess a redelivery charge. Any order rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled delivery date will be assessed a reschedule fee. All assembly, delivery and fabric protection fees are non-refundable.
DELIVERY ON COMMON CARRIER TRUCKS:All deliveries outside the wasatch front will be scheduled on a common carrier. You will receive an email with a tracking number and ETA for all orders coming on third party trucks. We strongly encourage our customers to: 1) Have your walkways and driveways clear. 2) Have the room ready to receive your delivery.** 3) Personally be available to inspect your merchandise with our delivery staff. DAMAGE NOT NOTED AT TIME OF DELIVERY WILL BE CONSIDERED AS HAVING TAKEN PLACE AFTER DELIVERY.**Most third party freight companies will not deliver inside the home. It is a drop off delivery. |
