In-Store and On-Line Policies

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Furniture Warehouse will return your unopened, unused merchandise within 7 days of purchase. Return must be accompanied by a receipt and will be refunded in original form of payment. Cash payments greater than $50.00 and/or check payments will be refunded in the form of a company check within 10 business days of return. Merchandise purchased “AS IS” cannot be returned or exchanged. All orders cancelled after 7 days will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.

Furniture Warehouse reserves the right to request an I.D. during any transaction or deny any refund, exchange or price adjustment. Furniture Warehouse may also apply a 20% restocking fee. All returned checks will be charged a $20.00 service fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Included but not limited to: Ready-to-Assemble Furniture that has been opened; “AS IS” merchandise, Delivery, Labor & Installation Charges, Fabric & Leather Treatment Warranties, Home Theater products returned out of the original box and without proper remote and instructions.

SPECIAL ORDER & BACK ORDERED ITEMS:

Orders canceled after 7days will incur a 20% restocking fee. Furniture Warehouse is unable to guarantee an arrival date and is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or unforeseen incidences that may occur. YOU WILL PROMPTLY BE NOTIFIED WHEN YOUR MERCHANDISE IS IN.

DELIVERY POLICY:

MATTRESS COMFORT GUARANTEE:

If within 30 days from date of delivery, you are unhappy for any reason with your mattress purchase, you may elect a one time courtesy exchange for another model of equal or greater value. Restrictions: 1) No cash back will be issued. 2) Customer must have purchased a mattress protector from Furniture Warehouse before the mattress was delivered. 3) Mattress must be in like new condition free of stains and/or other non warranty problems. 4) Mattress purchase price must be greater than $599. 5) If delivery is needed
a delivery charge is applicable.

60-DAY LAY-AWAY: (in-store only)

A 20% non-refundable deposit is a required down payment for all 60-day lay-away purchases. 20% payments must be made every 2 weeks. (layaway, merchandise availability can not be guaranteed.) Any lay-away that is canceled within the 60 day time period will receive all of the paid balance except the 20% non-refundable deposit, or may receive a 100% in store credit. Any lay-away not paid off within 60 days will be considered delinquent and may forfeit merchandise and any monies paid.

WARRANTY/SERVICE POLICY:

Furniture:

All warranties apply to the original purchaser and to merchandise that has been properly maintained and received normal use. With the exclusion of “AS IS” merchandise, we warrant all furniture to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from original delivery date. During this period we will, at our option, repair any furniture containing manufacturer defect. Furniture Warehouse will adhere to all manufacturers’ warranties that extend beyond the one year period. Furniture Warehouse reserves the right to inspect the furniture in your home and the right to decide the appropriate remedy.

Appliance/Home Theater:

All Appliance and Home Theater products are covered only by the manufacturers’ warranties.

Mattress:

All mattress manufacturers’ warranties require the following: 1) The mattress set to be placed on a frame with a cross center support. 2) The mattress law tag must be intact. 3) The mattress must be free from any stains and in a sanitary condition. Body impressions up to 1 1/2” are considered normal and does not constitute a manufactures defect.
